Grant Writing Services
Terms & Conditions
At the point of purchase of any of Venture Out Ltd's grant writing packages you will tick to agree you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.
No Refund Policy
-
No refunds are given for any reason.
-
No refunds are given if a payment plan is cancelled. Any payments already made will not be refunded for any reason. For payment plans delivery is staggered so if the plan is cancelled mid-way through the payment plan then only a limited amount of services can be given. See the details of the payment plan contract at purchase.
-
No refunds will be given if grant applications are rejected.
Code of Conduct
-
No refunds are given if a customer changes their mind and does not want the service
-
No refunds are given if the customer chooses not to use the package and all of its support and resources
-
No refunds are given for any of the grant writing packages after 24 hours of purchase. This includes the 'Grant Writing Fundamentals' course and the ‘Grant Monitoring’ program.
-
No refunds are given on any online courses if the customer states they cannot access but has not asked the Venture Out Ltd team for help to access. See the help section on our website for assistance accessing online courses.
Payment Plans
-
Premium and Advanced Packages & grant writing courses are available to purchase on a payment plan, spreading the payments over three months. This is agreed at the point of purchase and the customer is sent a discount code reducing the package to just one third. They then receive invoices for the last payments monthly. If they fail to make a payment the plan is automatically paused. If they cannot make payments then it will be cancelled automatically with no refunds.
-
The customer on purchase of the Premium or Advanced plan agrees that they will pay all plan payments. Failure to pay payments will result in debt recovery action and a suspension of service. Venture Out Ltd reserves the right to claim the money via debt recovery or small claims court even if the customer has not engaged with the package. Once the debt is recovered the 12 month plan can resume. A voucher of service can also be given giving the customer the option to resume within a two year time span.
Disclaimer of Liability for Grant Funding
1. No Guarantee of Grant Funding
-
Venture Out Ltd provides a range of services to support your grant funding applications. However, we do not guarantee that your grant funding applications will be accepted. This disclaimer is clearly stated across all our platforms and at the point of purchase. No refunds can be given or payment plans withheld in the event of application rejection or the customer not booking a consultation call to complete the grant application.
2. Client Responsibilities
The following tasks are the responsibility of the client and not of Venture Out Ltd:
-

These elements are crucial for successful grant funding and if a grant is rejected due to shortcomings in these areas, Venture Out Ltd is not liable.
3. Competitive Nature of Grant Funding
Clients must understand that grant funding is a competitive process. Applications are reviewed against many others, and not all can be funded. Our success rate is excellent, but it is not 100%.
4. Resubmission of Grants
Venture Out Ltd is not responsible for resubmitting grants. However, clients can utilise our guidance services to assist with resubmissions. We recommend resubmitting as some funders may reject multiple times before accepting an application.

5. Client's Project and Financial Management
Venture Out Ltd is not responsible or liable for how clients manage their projects, payments, evaluation or finances. We are not accountants and strongly suggest consulting a professional accountant for financial matters.
Zero Tolerance Policy for Abusive or Harassing Behaviour
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive or harassing behaviour. Clients will be warned once, and if the behaviour continues, they will be blocked from our website. This means they will no longer have access to any purchased packages, and no refund will be given.
Additionally, clients exhibiting such behaviour will be blocked from all social media platforms related to Venture Out Ltd.
