Built from real experience, not a textbook
I founded my first CIC five years ago and grew it from nothing into a thriving community hub — a workshop facility, children's holiday camps, community events, a team of six staff and eight volunteers, and a social media following that continues to grow.
Every grant I write draws on that lived experience. I know what funders want to see because I've been delivering it for years — across the National Lottery, Sport England, Cycling UK, HAF, and a wide range of council-backed programmes.
